The anchor refractory brick is also called hanger brick. The anchor brick is similar to the material of the furnace lining castable, shaped by machine pressing, high temperature fired, has good thermal shock resistance and high strength, and is used on multiple heating furnaces to achieve good performance.
Anchor brick is a kind of special firebrick which is used to support furnace top and furnace wall structure between hanging form and firebrick. Also called hanging bricks and anchors. Anchor bricks are used to prevent the leakage of reactive gases and hot gases in the furnace from damaging the metal hangers and causing the roof to collapse.
Industrial furnaces and flue walls are composed of lining, heat insulation layer and outer wall layer. The lining firebrick and the sintered brick for the outer wall need to be connected with the anchor brick. Anchor solid tensile and flexural strength is high, especially the stress generated in the groove can not be continued to transfer at the rib, so the anchoring brick is not easy to fracture under this structure.
